A Vision For All RV Owners.

Mike and Angela Carter have an RV State-of-Mind.  Owning a RV resort and being full time RVers gives them first hand insight into the joys, complexities and issues that come along with owning an RV.   They witness new owner’s frustrations with problems on their rigs that were never disclosed or were falsified by a seller. They watch as seller’s struggle with selling their RVs because of issues they never knew existed or if they knew, had no idea who to contact to fix the problems. There are RVers who own an RV but stay frustrated because they know nothing about their rig and they do not have the information they need to know how to get the most out of the RV lifestyle. Whether you are a buyer, a seller or an owner who wants to know everything there is to know about your rig, an RV Inspection is an ABSOLUTE MUST !!!

Information is Power.

For the buyer: The inspection report will inform you of every area of concern, any life safety issues, water intrusion or areas for potential water intrusion, tire and axle information, gas pressure/leakage issues, expiration/replacement dates, and interior status. This information will give you negotiating power to get a better price, which will more than pay for the cost of the inspection.

For the seller: The inspection will inform you of any areas that need to be addressed prior to selling, any life safety issues, and areas to address to increase the value of your rig. It will also be an assurance to the potential buyers that all issues have been addressed by a qualified RV technician and get you maximum dollar for your RV.

For the owner:  The inspection will give you a back to front, top to bottom, inside out insight in to all the areas of your RV.  You will have every square inch of your RV inspected with a detailed report, complete with photos, serial/model numbers and expiration/replacement dates for all your devices. Mike and Angela will spend 7-8 hours inspecting over 700 areas of the RV.  They will take 300-500 photos; 80-100 of which will make it into your detailed 75+ page report.  You will be aware of all areas that are performing their intended function, any areas to keep an eye on to make sure issues do not arise.  You will also be notified of any life safety issues, minor to major issues and any areas which under-perform.

Pre-Purchase RV Inspections

You have found your dream RV, now what? Before you sign on the dotted line, you NEED a Pre-Purchase RV Inspection. Most banks and insurance companies are now requiring an inspection by a Certified RV Inspector (not the PDI's that work at the dealerships) before they loan/insure your travel trailer, 5th wheel or motorhome. We will inspect over 700 points on your RV, citing life safety issues, major and minor issues and those you need to keep an eye on. You will receive an 85+ page report with over 100 photos of the RV. If it checks all the boxes, you are on your way to purchasing the RV; however, if we find issues that give you pause, you may need to walk away from this one and continue your search.

Pre-Sell Inspections

Thinking of selling your RV, let us provide a detailed RV Inspection which will give you the things to repair prior to selling to get you top dollar. You can also tell your buyers that the RV has been inspected by a Certified RV Inspector to insure they are getting a safe and sound RV.

After Purchase Inspections.

You want an RV "so bad" but have no idea what to look for, what brands are best, what brands are worst, what models will fit your needs/wants the best. Every one has different needs, expectations and "must haves". Do you want a pop-up, travel trailer, 5th wheel or motorhome (Class A, B, C, Super C...gas, diesel (pusher or puller)...so many things to consider. Let us help, we will go with you to the dealership and help you ask the "right" questions and show you how to determine your needs and wants.

Air Conditioner Cleaning

Air flow and cooling issues can significantly dampen the enjoyment of your RV adventures. These problems often arise when your RV's air conditioning system hasn't received the proper maintenance and cleaning it deserves. That's where we come in! Our dedicated team of experts specializes in restoring and enhancing the performance of your RV's A/C system.

Tank Cleaning

"What is that SMELL" ? Black and Gray tanks MUST be cleaned out... and not with a little backflow treatment or spray method; that just puts a band-aid on the problem. Believe it or not, your gray tank can stink worse than your black tank. We have a method of cleaning that will eliminate the smell, back ups, clogs, petrified poop pyramids, struvite , grease, and clean your RV tank sensors so you know how full your tank REALLY is. Give us a call to come out and clean your tanks.
